I have tried the website free and paid.. One thing I have noted is that the site owners have bots or fake accounts that send messages to free account holders. they then force you to upgrade to get full access only to realize the some users are not valid. On the other hand its a risk we all take when we go online for communication. however the site has a simple interface and user friendly. In summary, I would not recommend Cloud Romance to a friend.
